- Background: Undescended Testis (UDT) is the most common endocrine disorder of child. It can be hidden testis, pure undescended, or ectopic. The purpose of this study was to know the profile of UDT patients for 8 years period (2002-2010) at RSCM, Jakarta.Method: This study is a descriptive study with a retrospective cross-sectional approach usingsecondary data from medical record.Result: A much as 59 male patients were diagnosed with UDT at the time of admission, age 8months - 32 years. Of them, 3 patients were diagnosed as anorchia, while the rest (56 patients)were confirmed as a UDT with median age of 5 years (8 months - 32 years). Most of the UDTpatients (96.4%) came to the hospital after 1 year old, 53.6% patients came after 5 years old.There is only 3.6% that came before 1 year old. UDT were found 39.3% in the right side, 30.4% in the left, and 30.4 % bilateral.Conclussion: Most cases of UDT came late, this might be due to delay in diagnosis, and loweducated parents.
