- A journal article should reflects novelty. The recent development in the field is the best result to describe. It is the main unsure for an article to differentiate with book or others scholar product. In addition, the researcher propose an article to journal without check this condition. This article describes technique namely four, eight, and four. Those three numbers direct the writer to check and prepare the best article. This technique to guide the writer to prepare manuscript before sending it to the editor-in-chief. There is not any secret for writing. The only one is there is not action for writing. Therefore, it is difficult to find Indonesian researcher to publish internationally well known. They present the research only for local purpose. Some practices, they prefer to publish in a book. On the other hand, the research is only prepare a report. There is no further publication nationally or internationally accessed. Therefore, some techniques presented to stimulate the researcher to maintain the global standard for international publication. Moreover, the editorial board tried to publish a good article. This requirement to extend the status in the reputation index. Finally, there is no recipe for writing, the only one is started to write.
