- INDONESIA: Pendidikan Arsitektur semakin lama semakin berkembang, khususnya di Kota Malang. Tak heran jika banyak instansi-instansi dan akademisi melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang mendukung pengembangan pengetahuan Arsitektur. Banyaknya kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan sering kali menghasilkan karya-karya arsitektural beserta inovasi terbaru yang perlu di dokumentasikan dengan baik. Pentingnya keberadaan suatu wadah yang dapat menampung kegiatan, aktivitas, dan dokumentasi segala sesuatu mengenai arsitektur di Indonesia baik itu berupa penyimpanan, pemeliharaan, dan pembelajaran karya-karya praktisi maupun mahasiswa arsitektur Indonesia. Sebuah Pusat Kegiatan dan Dokumentasi Arsitektur yang representatif perlu diwujudkan untuk mendukung kebutuhan tersebut kedalam fungsi-fungsi apresiatif, edukatif, komunikatif, sekaligus rekreatif. Fungsi utama sebagai Arsitektur adalah mewadahi kegiatan-kegiatan arsitektur, dan fungsi skunder menambah wawasan dan ilmu pengetahuan tentang Arsitektur, baik itu arsitektur nusantara maupun arsitektur secara global. Penerapan tema Dekonstruksi berusaha mengembangkan obyek lebih komunikatif dan dapat diminati baik bagi instansi, mahasiswa dan juga masyarakat. Pengaplikasian konsep Integration Program to Create a Comunicative Architecture banyak bereksplorasi dengan program-program ruang yang ada di dalamnya dengan metode-metode trans programming yang menghasilkan arsitektur lebih komunikatif, edukatif, apresiatif dan rekereatif.
