- The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of both internal factors consisting of Certificate of Bank of Indonesia (SBI), Inter Bank Placement (ABA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) and external factor such as the Inflation Rate on Intermediation Functions of Domestic Foreign Exchange Banks. This research used the secpndary data from Indonesian Economic and Financial Statistics (SEKI) which was published by Central Bank of Indonesia monthly. The samples were taken from LDR of Domestic Foreign Exchange Banks as series, SBI rate, ABA, CAR, NPLs, BOPO and Inflation Rate in period of 2006-2010.
