- Automated Teller Machine (ATM) currently play an important role. As the machine running the role of banking, ATM is expected to meet the needs of customers to perform banking transactions. However, procedures and transactions in the ATM menu display vary for each bank.In addition to laying a different menu, the color of the menu each bank is different. Obviously this will make it difficult for customers who have an account number at a bank that wants to conduct transactions in several banks with adjacent intervals.This research will show the correlation between comfort, convenience, attractive design with the convenience of customers using the ATM menu.
