- Currently, Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University of Malang used the old or traditional system as the use of papers and thesis guide. During the thesis supervision, it led the use of paper is slightly rising since students have to reprint when there is an error, also the process of recording thesis report is required to be less accurate for manually proceed. The aim of management information system for thesis organization is to create a system of online theses using a web service to facilitate the administrative process and as a forum for students’ thesis which is previously proceed manually. Based on these problems, the researchers designed a management information system thesis administration - based on web service in Faculty of Humanities as the sample. The manufacturing process uses PHP, HTML, Java Script, MySQL, SOAP, and REST. This system makes the students easier to apply the thesis examination and speed up the administrative process of thesis even for the administrators and students.
