- Personality is one’s pattern behaviour that appeared to facing reallity in they social environment, include obedient to role or norm. The porpuse of the research is to test, are difference between introvert and extrovert in obidience to role. The responden in the research is 134 collages. Measurement useed Eysenck‘s Personality Inventory (EPI) to measure tendence of personality introvert and extrovert. The result is no difference between introvert and extrovert at obedient to role. And the result also shown that new collages have more obedient to role than old collage. And women shown have more obedient to role than men.
