- Much of idonesian labor problem that happening today make condition of labor market needs for more individual professional and quality. This condition is being homework of government, especially labor (tenaga kerja Indonesia or TKI). The competence of TKI may be improved by a competence model using situation labor market analysis. The research’s problem is how the model of competence using situation of labor market analysis in order to prepare TKI’s quality in East java. The aim of this research is make a model of competence that use situation labor market analysis in order to prepare the quality of Indonesian labor. This research method is descriptive qualitative analysis with an approach of focus group discussion (FGD). Result of this research is a new model matching to labor market situation so as to improve TKI’s competence.
