- The determination of a location for real estate development is an important pillar in the property industry. Developers can specify the location of housing developers that will be developed using the 6 criteria and 22 sub-criteria based SNI 03-1733-2004, about the way of housing in urban environmental planning issued by the National Standardization Agency. A decision support system applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) housing developers can help developers determine the exact location. AHP is a method that can simplify a complex problem into a hierarchy so that will streamline the resulting decision. AHP method is used for weighting the criteria and sub-criteria, whereas MAUT methods used for weighting the existing alternative location.
