- Irrational PPI usage was found at hospital. Therefore, needed ta guidelines to control and rationalise the prescribing of proton pump inhibitors (PPI). In this paper, we use LVQ (Learning Vector Quantization) in order to develop a system that support physicians in prescribing PPI. A total of 180 patients data are divided into two subsets : training data(70%) ang testing data (30%). The results show that the system can achieve a accuracy rate of 78,57 % in training and 72,22 % in testing.
