- Abstrak--- Sebagai kantor pemerintah pusat yang bergerak dibidang pelayanan kesehatan, Kantor Kesehatan PelabuhanKelas III Jambi perlu memiliki media penyampaian informasiyang dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kepadapelanggannya. Belum adanya media penyampaian informasi,pendaftaran vaksinasi meningitis harus secara langsung kekantor, dan belum adanya koordinasi antar internal kantormerupakan masalah yang ada di KKP Jambi. Sebagai solusi darimasalah tersebut, dibangunlah sebuah sistem informasi berbasisweb dan Short Message Service (SMS) gateway. Dengan adanyasistem informasi ini dapat mempermudah pihak kantor dalammeningkatkan mutu pelayanan terhadap pelanggan,memberikan informasi seputar kantor, vaksinasi, dokumenkesehatan kepada pelanggan melalui web atau SMS, pendaftaranvaksinasi meningitis melalui web atau SMS, dan mempermudahkoordinasi antar internal kantor melalui sistem. Sisteminformasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metodeFramework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) dandibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP ̧ databaseMySQL, dan framework Gammu sebagai layanan pesansingkatnya.Kata Kunci---Sistem Informasi, Kantor KesehatanPelabuhan, Pelayanan, Web, SMS GatewayAbstract--- As a central government office that is on the job inthe health service, the Port Health Office Class III Jambi need tohave a information delivery media that can improve the qualityof services to customers. The absence of information deliverymedia, registration of meningitis vaccination should be directlyto the office, and the lack of internal coordination between officesare problems that exist in KKP Jambi. As a solution of thisproblem, built an information system based on web and ShortMessage Service (SMS) gateway. This information system canfacilitate the office to improve the quality of service to customers,to provide information about the office, vaccinations, healthdocuments to customers via web or SMS, registration ofmeningitis vaccination via web or SMS, and to facilitate internalcoordination between the office through the system. Thisinformation system is designed using the Framework for theApplication of Systems Thinking (FAST) and built using thePHP programming language, MySQL database, and Gammuframework as short message service.Keywords---Information Systems, Port Health Office,Services, Web, SMS Gateway
