- Abstract - PT. XYZ is a state-owned corporation, majoring incement industry, which produces and distributes cement. Thedistribution of cement is done as a demand of the distributor,that has role as a warehouse. While distributing, some problemshappen are the redundancy of demand recording, the lack ofstock in meeting the demand, and no confirmation of cementacceptance when it has been accepted by the distributor. Thoseproblems may cause the distribution of cement hampered.Based on the problems above, it is suggested to use theapplication of Electronic Supply Chain Management (e-SCM)because this system can solve those problems and improve thecement distribution continuity to the distributor. Systemdevelopment method is used in this final project is FAST(Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking) methodand web-based programming languages PHP and MySQL asits database. And Supply Chain Method which used is Make-To-Stock (MTS) which analyses the planning production so theproduction of cement can meet the demand and the lack ofstock will not happened while it has been distributed.Abstrak - PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan BUMN yangbergerak dibidang industri semen yang memproduksi danmendistribusikan semen. Distribusi semen yang dilakukanadalah sebagai permintaan dari distributor yang bertindaksebagai warehouse (gudang). Saat melakukan pendistribusianterjadi beberapa masalah diantaranya redudansi pencatatanorder, kekurangan stok untuk memenuhi permintaan, dantidak adanya konfirmasi penerimaan semen saat semen telahsampai pada distributor. Hal ini yang dapat mengakibatkandistribusi semen menjadi terhambat. Berdasarkan masalahyang terjadi, maka diusulkan untuk menggunakan aplikasiElectronic Supply Chain Management (e-SCM) karena sistemdapat membantu dalam mengatasi masalah danmeningkatkan kelancaran pendistribusian semen kedistributor. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakandalam tugas akhir ini adalah FAST (Framework for theApplication of System Thinking) berbasis web dengan bahasapemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai basis datanya. Danmetode Supply Chain yang digunakan adalah Make-To-Stock(MTS) yang menganalisis perencanaan produksi sehinggaproduksi semen yang dilakukan dapat memenuhi permintaandan tidak terjadi kekurangan stok pada saat akan melakukanpendistribusian semenKata Kunci- Cement distribution system, e-SCM, supplychain management, FAST, MTS.
