- The purpose of this study was to identify factors which was influencing Pandan Wangi rice development, and using the result to setting priority of Pandan Wangi Rice development 'strategies. The tools used were descriptive analysis, IFE and EFE matrix, and SWOT analysis. The results of the study showed that the development of Pandan Wangi Rice were influence by internal and external factors. internal factors evaluation indicated that the development were able to use the strength and minimize the weaknesses. In the other hand, external factor evaluation indicated that the development were able to use the opportunity and minimize the negative effect from the treats. The development strategies from SWOT analysis were SO, WO, OT and WT strategy. The priority of the development strategies from the SWOT analysis were SO strategy, which are to improve the farmer's skills by training and extension, and expanding the rice field and market. The other strategy were use to support and strengthen the SO strategy.
