Regular performance measurement was usually only relying on the financial statements itself, which is sufficient if the turnover is high. Though, it‟s not always like that, there are still some things that should have been analyzed to obtain maximum results. One of the companies that reap very high turnover in the industry is very specific, the waste industry, is CV. Majestic Buana Group. CV that has been established (more or less) for 16 years, never for once did an analysis of performance against all aspects of the company. It is important to know the extent to which the ability of the company and all its components can continue to produce good performance. Through the Analytical Network Process which was supported by the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard, its performance can be known.
Points whatever is good or need to be prioritized in order to give better results. The purpose of this study are: (1) To identify the daily turnover which was obtained by the employer, (2) To analyze the volume of waste produced per day, (3) To measure the preparation of the performance of the business in the garbage industry, particularly the CV. MBG through the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard, (4) To analyze the priority of the four perspectives using Analytical Network Process.
Company has been reviewed in this study is, CV. Majestic Buana Group owned by Mohammad Baedowy engaged in waste management business, especially its plastic waste. The data used in this study included primary data. The primary data used in this study is the result of interviews and questionnaires carried out by the respondents, namely wholesalers, business partners and employees.
The research sample was obtained using a non-probability sampling techniques using purposive sampling method. Selected respectively 10 from wholesalers, business partners, and employees. Data will be processed using Analytical Network Process with Super Decision 2.0 software to be able to determine priorities. Where previously, the data will be made a priority, in surgery each based on the perspective of the Balanced Scorecard, the customer perspective, internal processes, learning and growth perspective, as well as a financial perspective.
ANP processing results show that the first priority is the internal perspective.
