But, the target achievement, the product had bad achievement from their pessimist target of the bank’s target achievement, both for outstanding position or growth target achievement. Other that, gold installment achievement still had bad position when be compared by other investment products or gold based product. The management concern for this product to development continuity because the product is potential business and push for growth of product has excellence position in the future. That fact indicate that business model and business strategy of gold installment had implemented, but not optimal. Bank Syariah XYZ should develop and improve the gold installment’s business model and business strategy to make excellent growth for this product, and the impact can get high revenue for the company. The method to develop this product use business model canvas approach. The final result regarding gold installment’s business model with business model canvas approach research improve and develop new business model and business strategy to sell the value proposition to customer. In 9 business model canvas element, there are 3 element should be developed, that is channels, key activities, and key partnership. Development for selected elements must be mapped to new business model canvas. But, the new business model do not implement properly if there is not the new business strategy to implement the business model. After the business model has developed, the bank must be developed and improved for the business strategy. This research get a result for business strategy ways which could be implemented to sell the value proposition for gold installment Bank Syariah XYZ.
