  • The objectives of this study are : 1) identifying factors influencing of satisfaction level and also unsatisfaction of service user of Transjakarta Busway, 2) analysing of satisfaction level of service user of Transjakarta Busway and its relation with the characteristic of service user Transjakarta Busway, 3) formulating factors becoming priority to in recommended to improve the satisfaction of service of Transjakarta Busway. This research represent the research survey having the character of quantitative and research into descriptive. The data needed is data of primary and data secunder, primary data obtained with the direct interview to responder. In research, divisible responder become the three group, that is : passenger 50 responder, operator of public transport 40 responder and government of province DKI Jakarta 40 responder. Data is the analyzed with the correlation analysis user the attribute of responder question, mount according to between peformance of Tranjakarta Busway with the importance level of passenger, importance peformance analysis, chi square test, descriptive analysis from opinion of operator of public transport and responder opinion from Government of Province DKI Jakarta. The result show : 1) factor influencing satisfaction level of passenger is relationship with the work type marriage status 2) from correlation analysis and mount according to between expectation and peformance from service user of Transjakarta Busway of there are seven attribute which have strong correlation to enough to internal factor is other, 3) recommendation becoming priority Government of Province DKI Jakarta to increase service of Transjakarta Busway is than modus mount the service which emerge and lessen the satisfaction Government of Province DKI Jakarta to Transjakarta Busway represent the internal factor and also modus mount the service which emerge and lessen the satisfaction level from operator of public transport represent the factor external.
