In fact, the value of the harvesting could decrease yield up to 35 % because the lack of handling after the harvesting.&#xD; This research collect the data from the literature, direct interview and questioner. Statfitd software is used to test the goodness of fit queuing distribution. Queuing simulation is developed with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access 2000. The Heuristic model is used to analyze the scheduling of harvesting and transportation of sugar cane up to the mill. The AHP method implemented in Expert Choice 2000 software is used in analyzing the operational strategies.&#xD; The queuing of transportation happen while loading and unloading the sugar cane, the queuing of the load method found from 07.00 AM up to 07.59 PM. The result of schedule analyzing shows that the total time of harvesting up to the mill is not over the maximum time, the longest time just reach 5.18 hours. Sugar production number is the most priority from the factor level which the sugar cane plants is the actor. The purpose of this strategy is to fill the mill&#x2019;s capacity.
