- This Research is conducted to achieve the purpose of 1) Describing the condition of corn agribusiness in supporting livestock feed industry in Indonesia, 2) Identifying factors that influence efficacy of corn agribusiness development in order to fulfill requirement of livestock feed industry, and 3) Formulizing the strategy that must be developed by entrepreneurs (particularly PT. Mega Eltra) to increase good quality corn supply to livestock feed industry. This Research uses a descriptive method through case study and survey. The sample was taken through purposive sampling towards experts and stakeholders of corn agribusiness. The data obtained were analyzed by the analyzing instrument of spend criteria technique and analytical hierarchy process. The results of this research show that 1) in general, the condition of corn agribusiness in Indonesia is poor, 2) Factors that influence the efficacy of corn agribusiness development are technology, infrastructure, human resources and capital. 3) Strategy shall be developed by the entrepreneurs (particularly PT. Mega Eltra) to increase corn supply to livestock feed industry as the first priority is to invest, second priority is to have partnership with farmers, third priority is to conduct transfer of technology and the last is to increase the importation cost of corn.
