  • Motivational Factors and Compensation related to the Quality Services of the Employee of the Secretariat General of the DPR RI Ahmad Sumargono This research has a background of the important change of political order, i.e. changing from otoritarian and centralists New Order regime to Reformation Order with changing form of the government. This political constellation changing will at least influence the performance of the Secretariat General of the DPR RI, with bigger participation in performing the duties and institutional function of the DPR. There are some factors influences the quality services of the employee related to Houses performance. From many influential factors, this research selected and narrowed its focus on motivational and compensational factor related to the quality services. Employees quality services is any activities done by the employees of the Secretariat General of the DPR RI as a form of services, including technical, administrative and skill services, to support the function, authority and constitutional duties of the Members of the House. This research use survey method with questionnaire to gather responses on related issues. Respondent are selected based on systematic stratified random sampling. To process the data, statistical test with SPSS program is used, with spearman correlation formula to determine the relationships of related variables. The research shows that there is a relationship between motivational factor and quality services. And the compensation also related to the quality services.
