  • The Objectives of this research were (1) to know the employee's perception about current compensation policy at PT. Tatsousi Pratama, (2) analyze the correlation between compensation policy and work motivation at PT. Tatasolusi Pratama, (3) analyze the correlation between compensation policy and performance at PT. Tatasolusi Pratama, (4) provide a solution or implication that should be taken by the company. The quantitative descriptive analysis method and the survey method were used in this research and the sampling technique used by cencus and covering 28 respondents. The analyze used were (1) descriptive analysis, (2) Validity test to know the accuracy of a measuring instrument in carrying out its function , (3) Reability test, (4) Range of criteria analysis to know the employee's perception about compensation policy, work motivation and performance, (5) Rank Spearman's analysis. The result of this research showed that compensation policy had a relationship with work motivation and the compensation policy did not have relationship with employee's performance.
