- The objective of the research was to find out Effectiveness of Using SAVI Technique toimprove the Students’ Vocabulary. The researcher applied experimental method. The populationof the research was the of first Grade MTsN Padolo Bima which consisted of 292 students’. There searcher used purposive sampling technique which took first Grade as sample namely 33students.The researcher distributed vocabulary test in pre test and post test. The result of the research showed that the first Grade students had fair score in pre-test.After treatment, their vocabulary aspect significantly improved. The data analyzed using t-testshowed that the value of t-test was higher than the value of t-table (33.59>2.99). It can be saidthat SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, and Intellectual ) is effective to improve the students’vocabulary.
