- Based on the research conducted, it is obtained that the sale of generic drugs at Inggit Medika Pharmacy 2 which exceeds the Highest Retail Price (HRP) contains tadlis elements in the price, this is evidenced by the ignorance of buyers against the HRP governmental determination. The pharmacist is dishonest in setting his price, and exploits the buyer's ignorance to raise the selling price. The price of the generic drugs set by the Inggit Medika Pharmacy 2 has been exceeded by the Highest Retail Price (HRP) set by the government, even the selling price exceeds the market price. The price of medicine at Inggit Medika Pharmacy 2 is the most expensive price compared to pharmacies that have other clinics in Kelurahan Sudiang Raya. The pharmacist in this case has committed dzalim by taking the consumer's right in obtaining the drug at the appropriate price on the label.
