  • This thesis studied about The Students’ Attitude toward English Camp of the third semester students at English and Literature Department of Adab and Humanities Faculty of UIN Alauddin Makassar. It aims at describing the advantage for students after joining English Camp and to find out students’ attitude toward English Camp. The researcher used a descriptive quantitative method in analyzing and collecting data. This kind of method is employed to analyze the whole components of attitude, include Cognitive, Affective, Behavioral and Evaluative of components. The researcher used questionnaire and interview as instruments of the research. The population is 120 students of the six classes, they are Ag 1, Ag 2, Ag 3, Ag 4, Ag 4, Ag 5 and Ag 6. The researcher used random sampling technique with the total number of sample is 48 students or 42% from the total number of population. The researcher took 8 students for each class. Based on the findings of the research, the researcher conclude that after joining English Camp, the students get positive impact like English Camp can increase confidence and increasing knowledge about English. It is proved statistically which is 33,33% or 16 students who get very positive attitude with the score 81-100, 62,5% or 30 students who get positive attitude with score 6180 and 4,17% or 2 students who get neutral attitude with score 41-60. The mean score of the students is 76,13 which indicate as positive attitude.
