The results showed that five isolates of endophytic fungi isolated from sappan wood were Curvularia lunata, Penicillium sp., Chrysosporium sp., Trichoderma sp. and Geotrichum candidum. One isolate from Eucheumasp., namely Aspergillus sp. The highest antioxidant activity was found inTrichoderma sp. and Aspergillus sp. which IC50pointwere 46.354 and 38.64 respectively. The consortium was able to increase the antioxidant activity of single isolates which the lowest IC50.
