  • There was an instrument in this research, it was vocabulary test. Instrument testwasused in pre-test and post-test. Both of the result of the data indicated that there was a significant difference between students’ post-test in experimental class and controlled class.The mean score of post-test (73.2) in experimental class was greaterthanthe mean score of post-test (56.56) in controlled class. From t-test, the researcher found that the value of t-test (1.70) was greater than t-table (1.67).Therefore, the researcher suggested that MiniDebate was effective in teaching vocabulary.
