- The result showed that there was a little if any correlation, with the index value of correlation coefficient (rxy) of 0.28. Furthermore, the hypothesis testing showed that the index value of correlation coefficient (rxy) of 0,28 was lower than the index value of correlation coefficient of the Product Moment table (rt) of 0,378 which meant that the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected and alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted. In conclusion, there was a little if any correlation between the two variables. Therefore, Emotional Spiritual Quotient does not have a big impact on student achievement due to several aspects. Emotional spiritual Quotient is the relationship between student and teacher while the spiritual quotient is the relationship between the student and God. The first aspect to be the factor is the students' lack of psychology and the lack of understanding of ESQ therefore the relationship and learning outcomes can only be a little.
