- The data were collected through pre-test and post-test. The result of the data indicated that there was only little difference between students’ post-test in experimental class and controlled class. The mean score of post-test (47.25) in experimental class was higher than the mean score of post-test (42.5) in controlled class and the standard deviation of post-test (9.93) in experimental class was higher than the standard deviation of post-test in controlled class (6.58). But, from t-test, the researcher found that the value of t-test (1.78) was lower than t-table (2.042) at the level of significance (α) = 0.05 with degree of freedom (df) = (N1 +N2)-2 = (20 + 20) – 2 = 38
