- This study aims to analyze the success of the Grameen Bank Training Participants before and after the implementation of the Women's Empowerment Training at Mitra Dhuafa Cooperative, Cileungsi Branch. KOMIDA started operating in NAD (Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam) in 2005 for tsunami victims with limited capacity. Currently, it has 591,174 members with 235 branches throughout Indonesia. The method used in this research is explanative research method. The data technique used in the study was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using paired sample t-test using the SPSS version 24 analysis tool. This research shows that the result of "paired sample t-test" has no known sig value. (2-tailed) is 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be rejected, so it can be rejected, that there is a difference in the average results of women's empowerment before being given training with after being given training, which means that it has a significant effect in providing training towards the results of women's empowerment at the Mitra Dhuafa Cileungsi Cooperative. This research shows the effect after being given empowerment training by the Mitra Dhuafa Cooperative where the increase in knowledge and skills and income from the sales of members of the Mitra Dhuafa Cooperative after participating in the Grameen Bank program provided by the Mitra Dhuafa Cooperative.
