- he purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of corporate social sponsibility and managerial ownership to firm value with profitability as a oderating variable. Independent variables were used corporate social sponsibility and managerial ownership. Dependent variable was used firm lue. Moderating variable was used profitability. The research population was manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia tock Exchange (IDX) in period of 2012-2014. Sampling method used was urposive sampling method with a sample of 63 companies during the observation riod of 3 years in a row for a total of 189 samples. Analysis method of this search used multiple regression and moderated regression analysis. The results of this research showed that CSR, managerial ownership and rofitability has significantly effect to firm value. While CSR and managerial wnership with profitability as moderating variables significantly effect to firm lue.
