- The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Managerial Ownerships,Free Cash Flow and Investment Opportunities Set on Dividend Policy with Profitability as a moderator. This study used the sample of manufacture companies that listed on the Stock Exchange during the year 2013-2017. The number of sample in this study 12 companies for 5 years, total sample were 60 companies. The method used is purposive sampling method. Hypothesis in this research testing by Multiple Regression and test the value of absolute difference were processed by SPSS version 24. The result of this study showed that Free Cash Flow influence on Dividend Policy, Managerial Ownerships and Investment Opportunities Set isn?t influence on Dividend Policy. Profitability isn?t significant moderated Managerial Ownerships, Free Cash Flow and Investment Opportunities Set on Dividend Policy.
