- The aim of this research is to determine the effect of learning media based on interactive multimedia to student result in the concept of human skeletal system. Research were conducted at SMAN 74 Jakarta. The research method were quasi-experimental with non equivalent control group design. The sampling were used purposive sampling technique. The instrument were used an objective test and non-test in the form of a questionnaire. Quantitative data analysis using t-test that showed t-value n the amount of 3.077 and t-table with 5% significant level in the amount of 1.999, so that t-value is bigger than t-table. The result showed that interactive multimedia influential to student results in the concept of human skeletal system The qualitative data analysis results showed that interactive multimedia were more effective than powerpoint media and got ?very good? category.
