  • Osteoarthritis (DA) is the most common chconic rheumatic diseases that causing pain and disabilitiy. The imaging of knee OA were found in 15,5% me and 12,7% women of indonesia populaton. Radiography is still used as a standard modalities is asseing OA progression, and Kallgren-Lawrence scle (KL) is the most common measurement used by clinicians. Superfical cartilage degradation is the first sign of OA, the early decetation of the superfical cartilage degradation is very important for diagnosis. Our study wes established to asses the correlation between OA grading in femorotibal joint examined by standard Kellgren-Lawrence scale (KL) measurement whith cartilage defect examined by ultrasound.
