  • This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, risk-taking, perceived of usefulness, and ease of use, as well as demographic factors to the intention of online entrepreneurship. Psychological factors are internal factors that affect the appearance of a person's intention to entrepreneurship. Psychological factors such as self-efficacy, risk-taking, perceived benefits, and ease of use have a role in influencing the intentions of the student online entrepreneurship. This study uses a quantitative approach with a student population of the State Islamic University of Jakarta, amounting to 22 489 with a sample of 163 students were determined using accidental sampling technique. The method of data analysis used in this study using multiple regression techniques using SPSS version 17 and for testing the construct validity using LISREL 8.7. Based on the calculation results obtained regression R square of 0.604 which means that 60.4% of online entrepreneurship intention variables can be explained by the variation of the seven variables with significance index of 0.000. So that the major hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Based on the proportion of variance of each independent variable, there is only one that has significant impact on online entrepreneurship intention is self-efficacy.
