  • This study was aimed to determine the effect of using learning multimedia Computer Based Instruction Tutorial Model on students? mastery of Buffer Solution concept. This research was conducted at SMAN 29 Jakarta on March 2015. The method used in this study was quasi experimental research with Pre- and Posttest Design. The population of this research was the second grade of SMAN 29 Jakarta. The sample was taken by purposive sampling. About 60 students were involved in this research and divided into two groups, control group and experimental group. The experimental class were treated with using learning media based flash while the control class without using learning media based flash. The data gathering techniques in this study is through 25 items of multiple choices test instrument which is analyzed by using ?t? test. The result of the study showed that there is an effect of learning media on learning outcomes that was evidenced from the result of 3.64 t count higher than t table value of 2.00 with a significance level of 0.05.
