- This study aimed to investigate the influence of social interaction with peers and parenting authoritarian parents either together or individually against the student learning motivation at the student of class XI Madrasah Aliyah Pembangunan UIN Jakarta 2011/2012. In this study the simple random sampling techniques is used which took 45 students or 18% of the eleventh grade students� total population from the amounts of 169. Data is collected by using questionnaires. In analyzing the data, statistical methods is used with two predictor regression formula. The data analysis showed significant results with the correlation results between X1 to Y that indicates rhitung = 0.339 and a significance level of rtabel is 5% = 0.304 (rhitung = 0339> rtabel = 0.304), meanwhile the X2 against Y indicates rhitung = 0.468 and significant level of rtabel is 5 % = 0.304 (rhitung = 0.468> rtabel = 0.304). The correlation results of X1 and X2 showed rhitung = 0.468 and a significance level of rtabel is 5% = 0.304 (rhitung = 0.468> rtabel = 0.304). The results of the research showed a significant effect of the F-test obtained the results Freg is greater than Ftable with the account of N = 40 and a significance level is 5% = 3.23 (Freg = 14.30> Ftable = 3.23), which means there is an influence of Social Interactions with Peers and Parenting Authoritarian Parents against the Student Learning Motivation at the Student of XI Class in Madrasah Aliyah Pembangunan UIN Jakarta 2011/2012
