Specialization On Administration And Health Policy (AKK) Public Health Study Program Medicane And Health Sciences Faculty Tadulako University Skripsi, October 2015 National health insurance policy (jkn) is a policy defined and implemented by the government with the aim of achieving a healthy state. The purpose of this research is to determine the policy implementation of JKN programs in RSUD Undata Palu to see the size and purpose of the policies, resources, characteristics of the executive, communication, and attitude/disposition executor in the implementation policy of JKN program in RSUD Undata Palu. The research used a qualitative approach that is supported by data obtained from the results of in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. Presentation of research data is in narrative form and equipped with matrix of the interviews. The research results showed that the implementation of JKN policy in hospitals Undata Palu not maximized the implementation, such as communication between employers and patients who have not been entirely good. Availability of human resources is adequate, but still required the improvements of human resources as a result of the increasing interest of the community to participate in JKN program. It is suggested that the hospitals conduct an evaluation of the amount of human resources at this time given the number of complaints from patients participantsâ€TM JKN related services provided. Good communication is expected not only occur between institutions, but also the delivery of communications to the patient is expected to be enhanced and explained in language that is easy to understand.
