- All the people in the world have a leadership rule without putting aside another role as an abid or a servant of Allah SWT. As the perfect person, we have the ideal leadership has been modeled by the Prophet Muhammad SAW, which is a figure of the plenary leader. The legacy of the Prophet's leadership can be apply in practice and become a theory based on prophetic leadership. In addition as the heir of prophets this model can be understand by his self (Kiai). The focus of this research is the prophetic leadership of K.H. Masruri Abdul Mughni as a founder of Pondok Pesantren Al-Hikmah 2 Benda, Kecamatan Sirampog, and Kabupaten Brebes. This research includes field research that uses a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. Data obtained from live observation (observation), interviews. Documents (interviews) and from related documents about the source of the data studied, Data obtained was subsequently analyzed using an interactive model analysis model. Then in the validity check of data using triangulation technique. The results of this study is explain about the reflection of the prophetic leadership of K.H. Masruri as an ideal leadership to the Prophet SAW. Which is with internalizing themselves through a four-characteristic of approach, namely; shidq (Honesty), Amanah (responsible), Tabligh (communicative) and Fathonah (smart). Furthermore, three pillars (transcendence, liberation and humanization) accompany the application of the prophetic leadership as the realization of the mission of the formation of a prophetic tradition to reach the excellent society (Khoiru Ummah). It is an effort for his devotion to Ummah to always be consisten (istiqomah) and become a useful person (anfau ' linnas).
