By studying the SKI, it allows us to know the times or times of Islamic success, and we can take lessons and experiences to avoid repeating them and determine the next steps for finding alternative paths to Islamic success.Issues to be answered in this study is how the implementation of career development management of improving teacher performance in Integrated Islamic Primary School and Is there any influence of career development relationship tap the improvement of teacher performance in Integrated Islamic Primary School.&#xD; History provides a value that is useful for human life in the future so that humans become better human beings, history also teaches us about what is good or not good in the past so that in the future we can change it for the better. While the most dominant means of achieving this knowledge is the educational process. Realizing the above, in various Islamic educational institutions that exist until now, the field of study of the history of Islamic culture is a field of study that is quite significant to be studied.&#xD; The questions that will be answered in this study are the process and what is the problematic learning of Islamic Cultural History in Curriculum 2013 conducted by Madrasah Aliyah State 1 Cilacap.&#xD; This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach carried out at MAN 1 Cilacap on the Problems of Learning Islamic Cultural History in the 2013 Curriculum at MAN 1 Cilacap. Place and Time This research was conducted at MAN 1 Cilacap from July 1 to August 1, 2019. The research subjects were students, SKI subject teachers, subjects that were intended to be investigated or expected information about matters relating to the problem to be researched. The method used to collect data is: observation, interview, documentation questionnaire method.
