- Darul Aitam Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding Schools is boarding schools that cater for the orphans and disadvantaged communities, while not closing the possibility there were only students from among the people who are capable of in terms of the economy. Boarding schools was chosen as the location because it has the uniqueness of research on leadership. Where there is duality leadership, and also there is a curriculum that requires for santri to study entrepreneurship through curricular time devotion. This research aims to describe regarding socio-economic interaction patterns that occur in the Darul Aitam Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding Schools Cilacap. Who were not only the public boarding schools (student and leadership) course, but venturing to the community around the boarding schools. This research uses the type of fieldwork (field research). In conducting the study, the authors use research methods include: observation, interview, and documentation. Data retrieved directly with interviews directly to several informants, namely: kiai (the leader and caregiver), asatidz council, and santri. The research was carried out in August 2017 until September 2017. As for who becomes the object of the research is the business units belonging to boarding schools and only restricted to laying hens farm business units. The results of research that has been performed, the obtained information that the pattern of socio-economic interactions that occur in the Darul Aitam Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding Schools is the interaction patterns that are associative form of cooperation. Interaction patterns that occur gives a positive impact for all stakeholders. Both in terms of social or in terms of the economy.
