- PT. BPRS Buana Mitra Perwira is one of Syariah Bank where stay in Purbalingga that is manage the fund and distribute the fund to the society. One of the product wich is distributing its fund musyarakah financing. In the step of financing musyarakah the customer gave by guarantee. In this paper the writer need to research about “The Role Of Guarantee In Step Of Financing Job Stock Using Musyarakah Contract In PT. BPRS Buana Mitra Perwira” because the writer want to know how about the guarantee in financing musyarakah procedure. In this research the writer is research musyarakah financing in PT. BPRS Buana Mitra Perwira to collect data which is necessary the writer using interview method, documentation technique, and observation technique. After the writer got the data will be analize it with analyses deskriptif technique. In here the role of guarantee is one of the way out for Bank to the decrease all of the risk that will happen if the customer got the agreement conflict or anytroble in instalment payment. The guarantee also is one of requirement in musyarakah financing procedure. The guarantee is not given in filling musyarakah financing according the financing will not given.
