Second, IAIN Purwokerto becomes the only one Islamic higher education institute that integration/ blend of universities with pesantren. Based on that, the big question in this research is how the partnership model of IAIN Purwokerto pesantrenisasi program is derived into three fundamental questions namely how the concept of partnership program Pesantrenisasi IAIN Purwokerto, What is the principle of partnership program Pesantrenisasi IAIN Purwokerto and How the implementation of partnership program Pesantrenisasi IAIN Purwokerto . The purpose of this research is to explore and analyze the partnership model of pesantrenisasi program.&#xD; This theory is based on the theory of Ambar Teguh S. and Direktorat Pembinaan Kursus dan Kelembagaan Kementrian Pendidikan Nasional which can be formulated some points which are the basic points in partnership covering concept, principle and implementation of partnership.&#xD; This type of research is qualitative with multicasus study approach. The main subjects of this study were Director Ma'had Al-Jami'ah IAIN Purwokerto and Mitra Pesantren Pesantren including Ath-Thohiriah Pesantren, An-Najah Student Pesantren and Pesantren Modern El-Fira. While the data collection techniques, namely through observation, interviews, and documentation.&#xD; The results of this study indicate that the Partnership between Ma'had al-Jami'ah IAIN Purwokerto and Pesantren Mitra is mutualistic partnership and mutual partnership. This can be seen from the practices and process of partnership between Ma'had Al-Jami'ah IAIN Purwokerto with Pesantren Mitra. Among the indicators of mutualistic partnerships and pseudo-partnerships is the concept of partnership including improving students' skills in religious and scientific fields, expanding IAIN's network of Purwokerto and shaping the character of Islamic and religious students.
