The research methods used in the research is descriptive analysis method in which the author collected the data obtained, then the author describe it and analyze so as to provide information in order to solve the problems faced. The results of there studies show that home contruction loan product in BPRS GunungSlametCilacap is not only using the murabahahcontract, but there are wakalah and using analysis 5C.
