This study aims to determine the effect of benefits, easiness and security of BRI Internet Banking in Surabaya. This study was used by using questionnaires methods. opulation of this study was BRI customers in Surabaya. Research involves to 100 customers of BRI Internet Banking. The sampling technique in this study was used judgement sampling. The result of this study was that while easiness and security variable have significant effect towards intention to use BRI internet banking, while variable benefit, intention to use variable show that the result in insignificance that benefits have insignificance effect toward internet banking BRI.
