- This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance, company size, capital structure and share ownership on the value of mining companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The variables used in this study are financial performance, firm size, capital structure, and firm value. The sample of this study consisted of 42 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a research period of five years, namely 2017-2021. The sampling technique was selected by purposive sampling. Financial report data is obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression, with hypothesis testing using SPSS 26 For windows program. The results in this study indicate that (1) financial performance (ROA) has a significant effect on firm value; (2) Firm size (SIZE) has no effect on firm value; (3) Capital structure (DER) has a significant effect on firm value.
