  • Bank Jatim is one of the largest banks in the East Java region, Bank Jatim Sub-Branch Sugio Lamongan is where the final project research is carried out. This study aimed to determine the efforts to increase the number of customers through SimPel savings implemented by Bank Jatim. The research method used is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques, namely interviews, literature study, and observation. Bank Jatim currently has several superior products that can compete. One of them is the SimPel savings product which is owned by Bank Jatim, the product is appointed by the Financial Services Authority. Based on the result of the research, regarding the efforts made by Bank Jatim Sub-Branch office Sugio Lamongan in increasing the number of customers through the SimPel savings product is to increase product development in terms of marketing, status, and targeting. Every time you do marketing to a bank, you will encounter obstacls that can harm the bank. Therefore, the Bank provides solutions by introducing the products offered to the public and providing accurate and clear information about SimPel Savings.
