  • This study examines the effect of financial literacy, self efficacy, and lifestyle on control-mediated financial management behavior in young workers. The sample used is 152 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire survey method. The data were analyzed using partial least squares (PLS) with the structural equation model (SEM) method. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of financial literacy, lifestyle, self-efficacy, self-control, have a significant effect on financial management behavior. Self-control mediates significantly on the effect of financial literacy on financial management behavior. However, the direct effect of financial literacy is greater than the effect of mediation
