The research method used in this research is descriptive research with interview and documentation data collection methods. This study discusses the Marketing Strategy at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Surabaya Branch Office. The results showed that PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Surabaya Branch Office implements Marketing Strategy through Social Media, Establishes Partnership with Banks, Improves facilities and services, Marketing Strategy through Travel fair, Marketing Strategy through corporate partners and travel agents, as well as direct sales. The mass media strategy that has been implemented by PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Branch Office Surabaya in accordance with the elements of the marketing mix.
