  • Digital financial literacy (DFL) is the financial literacy itself in the form of digital financial technology. DFL has an influence on financial decision making related to saving and spending behavior through digital platforms. The higher the DFL level, the better the saving behavior and spending behavior will be. This study aims to determine the effect of DFL on saving and spending behavior. The population used in this study were all the students of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas Surabaya University. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. Data analysis was processed using WarpPLS 7.0 software. The results of this study indicate that DFL has an effect on saving and spending behavior.
