  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Seller’s Ethical Behavior, Company Image, Commitment, and Custmoer Trust on Loyalty to Honda Vario Motorcycle Users In Bojonegoro. The sample in this study was the Honda Vario Motorcycle users in Bojonegoro as many as 100 respondents with a sampling technique using a non-probability sampling technique. The data collection method in this study was carried out by distributing online questionnaires via google form. The data analysis technique in this study used SEM WarpPLS Version 7.0. The results of the analysis in this study found that Seller’s Ethical Behavior had a significant positive effect on Commitment dand Customer Trust. In adition, it was also found that Commitment and Customer Trust had a significant positive effect on Loyalty. The results of the analysis also found that Corporate Image had a significant positive effect on Loyalty. Keywords : Etichal Seller’s Behavior, Corporate Image, Commitment, Customer Trust, Loyalty
