  • This study aims to determine the influence of time of delivery, responsiveness, and quality of service against the decision of consumers in shopping online on shopee in Surabaya. Data analysis techniques using Normality, Multikoliniertias, Heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression with the number of 100 samples. The research instrument using a questionnaire with a likert scale to measure the opinions of the respondents.. These results indicate that there is a positive influence delivery time influence the decision of consumers in shopping online on shopee in Surabaya. There is a positive effect of responsiveness affect consumer decisions. There is no positive influence on the quality of Service affect consumer decisions.
